This package includes services like: finding vendors and multiple quotes within your budget, assisting in finding lodging options for out-of-town guests, negotiating contracts to get you the best service and save you money, crafting timelines and coordinating with vendors, helping you through rehearsal dinner and being your cheerleader day-of. Partial coordination
For the client who wants to do some planning (maybe you've secured a few vendors already) but wants to leave the timeline, vendor coordination, and some of the heavier lifting to a pro. On your big day, we are keeping everyone organized, vendors on-time, and and keeping your eyes on the aisle!

Day-of (short term) coordination
For the client who wants to do most of the planning but knows their job day-of is to be pampered and celebrated. Day-of coordination consists of final timeline review (about 4 weeks out) and pre-event communication with vendors, venue, etc. On your big day, we are keeping everyone organized and on schedule and keeping your smile BIG!
