From the moment you book, Evara becomes your planning partner. We’ll meet monthly throughout your engagement to make decisions, map out next steps, and keep the planning moving forward. You’ll also receive a 40+ page wedding planning workbook created by wedding professionals, monthly planning insights tailored to where you are in the process, and ongoing communication and support between meetings.
Strategic Planning & Vendor Management
We’ll help you build the right vendor team by sourcing and helping secure up to eight vendors of your choice, providing options and multiple quotes within your budget, evaluating fit and value, and helping navigate contracts and services. We’ll also coordinate with your complete vendor team throughout the planning process, so every professional involved understands the bigger picture.
Your planning includes budget guidance and ongoing investment tracking, helping you understand where your money is going, make informed decisions, and prioritize the things that matter most to you.
Design & Guest Experience
Your wedding should look and feel like you. We’ll help translate your vision and priorities into a cohesive guest experience, offering guidance on aesthetic direction, décor decisions, guest flow, and the details that make the celebration feel intentional from beginning to end.
We’ll also create and launch your wedding website and assist with guest logistics, including lodging options and other wedding-weekend considerations.

Wedding Weekend & Wedding Day
As your wedding approaches, our involvement continues to deepen. We’ll coordinate your vendor team, build and distribute your master timeline, create your floor plan, lead your rehearsal or ceremony walkthrough, and help bring the logistics of your wedding weekend together. We’ll also attend your final venue meeting and walk the space with you and your venue team, ensuring the final logistics align with the plan we’ve built together.

Partial Planning
A thoughtful planning partner, exactly where you need one.
For the client who wants to be part of the planning, but not responsible for all of it. Maybe you’ve already booked your venue and a few key vendors, or you know exactly where you want to be involved and where you’d rather have a professional take the lead.
Partial Planning gives you a planner in your corner throughout the planning process, helping you make informed decisions, fill the gaps, and bring your moving pieces together. You’ll receive monthly planning insights tailored to where you are in your planning journey, a 40+ page wedding planning workbook created by wedding professionals, and ongoing communication and guidance as you plan.
You’ll also have additional planning meetings throughout the process to talk through priorities, explore vendor options, make decisions, and keep your planning moving forward. We’ll help you source and secure up to three vendors of your choice, bringing professional insight to the process while keeping you in the driver’s seat. For those vendors, we’ll help you evaluate options, review services and contracts, and understand how each investment fits within your existing wedding budget.
As your wedding approaches, our involvement deepens. About 6 weeks before your wedding, we’ll bring all of the planning pieces together, coordinate your vendor team, build and distribute your master timeline, create your floor plan, and make sure every logistical detail is accounted for. We’ll also walk through your venue and attend your final venue meeting, bringing our understanding of your priorities and plans into the final logistical decisions.
And, just like with every Evara planning experience, your priorities become our compass. We want to understand what matters most to you, what you want your guests to experience, and which moments you never want to lose sight of. We use that understanding to guide vendor recommendations, planning decisions, timeline development, and the way we execute your day.

"Day-of" Coordination (Short-Term Planning)
You’ve planned the details. We’ll bring it all together.
For the client who wants to do most of the planning, but knows their wedding day is for being pampered, present, and celebrated.
From the moment you book, you’re not planning alone. You’ll receive monthly planning insights tailored to how far out you are from your wedding day, highlighting the things a professional planner would be thinking about, asking about, and preparing for at that point in your planning journey. You’ll also receive a 40+ page wedding planning workbook created by wedding professionals, plus plenty of communication and guidance along the way to help you stay organized and confident.
About 6 weeks before your wedding, we step in and take the reins. We’ll build and distribute your master wedding-day timeline, create your floor plan, and coordinate directly with your vendor team to confirm arrival times, points of contact, contracted services, venue logistics, and timeline needs. We’ll also walk through your venue and attend your final venue meeting to make sure the space, rules, logistics, and final details are aligned with the wedding-day plan.
But we aren’t simply checking boxes and moving people from Point A to Point B. We want to know what matters most to you. The moments, people, priorities, and feelings you want to protect throughout your wedding day become our compass. We use that understanding to shape the timeline, guide vendor communication, and make decisions from both a production and values-based lens. The goal isn’t simply a day that runs well. It’s a day that feels like you.
Your support also includes a dedicated 6-week planning meeting and final meeting, plus a rehearsal or ceremony walkthrough with you, your wedding party, and family. On the wedding day, we’ll oversee the timeline, keep vendors and guests moving according to plan, collaborate on venue setup and teardown, and handle the little details that matter, from gathering gifts and cards to making sure your personal items and decor make it home with the right person.
